By downloading, installing, or using Favor Tracker ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the App.
Favor Tracker is a mobile application that allows couples to track favors, make deals, and manage a shared favor economy. The App provides tools for creating favor categories, submitting and approving offers, tracking balances, and rating experiences.
To use the App, you must create an account using either an email address and password, or Sign in with Apple. You agree to:

You retain ownership of all content you create in the App (favor categories, descriptions, photos, notes). By using the App, you grant us a limited license to store, process, and display your content solely for the purpose of providing the service to you and your partner.
You are solely responsible for the content you create. We do not monitor or review user content, but we reserve the right to remove content that violates these Terms.
Favor Tracker may facilitate links to third-party payment services (such as Venmo or Cash App) for monetary offers between partners. We do not process, store, or handle any financial transactions directly. All payments are conducted through third-party platforms and are subject to their respective terms and conditions.
We are not responsible for any disputes, errors, or losses arising from third-party payment transactions.
Your privacy is important to us. Please review our Privacy Policy to understand how we collect, use, and protect your information.
The App, including its design, code, graphics, logos, and all related intellectual property, is owned by Josh Daniels and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or reverse-engineer any part of the App.
The App is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or completely secure.
Favor Tracker is a tool for fun and relationship enhancement. It is not a substitute for professional relationship counseling, therapy, or legal agreements between partners.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Josh Daniels and Favor Tracker shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the App, including but not limited to:
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time, with or without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users or the service.

Favor Tracker is currently in beta testing via Apple TestFlight. Beta features may be incomplete, contain bugs, or change without notice. By participating in the beta, you acknowledge and accept these risks.
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify users of significant changes through the App or via email. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, United States, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
